Simple question. Short intense cardio sessions or Longer mid-range intensity cardio sessions?
Longer mid range if you wanna lose weight.

or dont do any cardio at all if you are trying to gain weight.
simply increase the intensity of your workout to improve your conditioning, i.e. more weight work in a shorter time interval.
Overall im not really 'trying' to lose weight. I just want to lose some weight in my stomach region. So i'll probally go for some long mid range stuff a couple times a week, thanks guys.
HIIT is best for fat loss. Find a steep slope, which takes no more than a minute to sprint to the top of, or mark off a start and finishing point on a long incline. Sprint up the hill, then jog down to recover. Build up from 8 repetitons to 15.

I'm finding that doing sprints 4 times a week for 15-20 is much better for fat loss and keeping muscle than 60 min of low intensity cardio 5-6 days a week. Sprints are such a pain in the ass at first, but you'll get better at them quickly.
