I just added these to the training cycle. I've been unracking them. I hit 225 X 6 on wednesday. Will try them from the pins next week and see how it goes.

    Video

Should have dropped my hips before I started like when I deadlift, I would have been able to do more and my butt would have been closer to parallel. Oh well, it was the same pin I used last time and was a 35 pound improvement

I just saw the video in your log, good job!!!!

I have that same problem, with my hips coming up first but it's all good. I'm doing them tomorrow so I'm trying to get my mind right already. Are you the only one to post up a video so far?

I had a lot of fun doing this- thanks for the idea, guys...but you are right, you feel it on your forearms for awhile. I didn't think I would get 315, but was pumped when I got 365.

Not as low as I would have liked to start, but that is the lowest rack position we had in my gym.

I did 405 today, first time doing them, felt damn good, had a lot left. Gonna max out sometime before the dead line, hoping for a 500+ 1RM on it. We shall see.

I just got done with those damn Zerchers and I ended up doing 630lbs for a 10lb PR. We do them a little different then most lifters. We do them chain suspended, we start sitting off a box, and we use a cambared bar. I still have a habit of my hips kicking up first, but I might start throwing in some Zerchers with just light weight to work on it more. I will post up a video as soon as possible!!!!!!

My forearms are killing me right now!!!!!

LOL! Brian is the reigning champ!

That'd be like a 45lb PR for me lol. I'd be happy with 600+

We'll see what Thursday turns out

This is just my third week doing these so this vid is more for verifying I'm doing them riight. Here is my 365 lift. I was able to get 385 up but I forgot turn the camera on. I could barely get 405 off the pins and it started steam rolling my forearms so I let it go.

I done these on Tuesday for the first time after doing deficit deads and hit 495 first time ever doing them. I set the pins at hip level so it put me right at parallel as my starting point. I'll get some video up I believe I can get 500+ in my next session. They are brutal on the forearms for sure!!
