I made this the other day and it tasted great.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup mango or tropical salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- lemon pepper to taste
In a large bowl combine the turkey, egg, salsa, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion, bread crumbs and lemon pepper. Mix well with hands until blended then place mixture into a loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.

So I made it lastnight, it was really good. Needs more than 25 mins in a crappy oven though, probably spent 35min in total at 375 on my oven. But it was tasty! My girlfriend didn't like it so much but that just left me 3/4 of the loaf to eat myself. I might try ground chicken next time.

Try mixing in cooked quinoa and Adobe seasoning. I have been experimenting with turkey meatloaf for a while and this seems to improve the texture and the flavor.

Will I be able to Incline DB press 160's if I eat enough of this stuff?

I tried out ..its tasty ...
In looking for turkey burger recipes I see a lot that include chopped onions, seasoned bread crumbs, parmesean cheese, diced mushrooms or some red bell peppers for flavor.
Solid recipe. I made this a couple days ago and it was great! it lasted me about 3 - 4 meals.
I experimented with bread for turkey meat for a while and it seems to improve the texture and flavour. I did last night was really good. Need more than 25 minutes in an oven **** probably spent 35min total of 375 on my oven. But this was tasty!
I didn't see this suggestion but you can use oatmeal in place of the bread crumbs.
