4 Chicken Breast
Can Cream of Mushroom (reduced sodium)
1 cup of Chicken Broth
1/4 cup of White Wine
Handful of Mushrooms
1 Onion
3 cloves Garlic
Boil the broth, wine and cream mushroom.
Throw chicken in bottom of crock pot and put on sauce. Cook on high for 30 minutes and then low for 6-7 hours.

I eat slow moving children
I'm a big fan of slow-cooked meat. I make something called Sunday Gravy, which is slowcooked steak, pork and sausage in a tomato sauce (whole or stewed tomatoes) served over rice or noodles. If cooked right and depending on what meets you put in, the sauce gets a rich rust color. Delish.
