Just thought I'd share my results from SPF Nationals earlier this month.
Squat
300 - 3 whites
340 - 3 whites - 15# meet PR
365 - 3 whites - 40# meet PR!
Bench
180 - 3 whites
200 - 3 whites - 15# meet PR
215 - 3 whites - 30# meet PR!
Dead
320 - 3 whites
360 - 3 whites - 5# meet PR
375 - red,red,red...got it to my knees...my head had already talked me out of this one
Total 940#! 90# Meet PR!
It was a long meet, hamstrings started cramping prior to DL's so had Donna massage them, I'm not too sure I want to a 10-12 hour long meet again, but it was well run competition.

This meet puts me 1st on the 2010 165# Raw Females on PL watch.

Normally do 2-3 meets a year...this year with moving the household, probably 2.
