    Novus as a meal replacement for bulking

    I was unsure which section to put this in, so apologies if this is incorrect, haha. I have never tried Novus protien bars and am on a current bulk. Would I be able to use the Novus protien bars as meal replacements even though they are low in fat but yet high in protien?
    Goals By November 25th
    Bench Press 160 lbs for 6 reps
    Deadlift 200 lbs for 6 reps
    Squat 200 lbs for 20 reps
    Weigh 160 - 165 lbs
    Current Stats
    Bench Press - 135 lbs
    Deadlift 220 lbs
    Squat - 185 lbs
    Weight - 182 lbs

    330 calories for a meal on a bulk is weak sauce. I wouldn't use them as a meal replacement especially on a bulk but they make for great on the go snacks.

    Use them to help avoid candy bar temptation.
    Use them as dessert.
    Use them as an on the go meal option.
    Use them to impress women.

    Hell yes man. Its PROTEIN! They can be just as beneficial on a bulk as on a cut, especially if you enjoy them!
