Pretty sure I strained my right bicep tendon, was hoping Travis Bell, Vdizenzo or any other knowledgeable lifters could give some recovery exercises 2 get me back on the bench.
im no expert but since no one responded here it goes
1. rest and ice
2. light recovery work, low weight high reps for hammer curls and tricep extensions
3. hold light dbs in hands at sides and twirl both directions, weight of db twists it a little extra and gets some stretch
4. stretching: shoulder w/ arm over head, chest arm pulled back, bicep put arm straight out and pull fingers towards your elbow
