Elliott is a very strong guy; we have competed a few times when I was living in Florida and he won all of the local contests but I did place ahead of him at Nationals in 2008. A couple of months ago he tore his bicep so I am not sure what type of training he is doing now or if he plans to continue with strongman.

Those are 20" APT ZRV-Pro wrist wraps in the video.

Thank you; I have no idea what my max flat bench would be since I have not done barbell bench press in years (it is not useful for strongman and I always preferred dumbbells).

    Hi Tom

Do you have a Pro Card in Strongman like Elliott,

I am sorry on what happened to Elliott, This only proves that nobody is Invincible and anybody can be injuried at anytime no matter how experienced he or she is,

so always be careful when doing heavy lifts Tom.

It takes a lot of hardwork, dedication and nutrition to be as strong as you bro.
