    great article, theres so many contratsing views on the internet regarding cardio its good to read an article written by some one who knows what there talking about.

    One of the key statements in his article: remember that diet will be the biggest factor in achieving your fat loss goals, not cardio.
    Debt Ceiling? Let's say, you come home from work and find there has been a sewer backup in your neighborhood.
    And your home has sewage all the way up to your ceilings.

    What do you think you should do? Raise the ceilings, or pump out the shit?
    Your choice came and went in November 2012.
