I'm a 100 and 200m sprinter looking to increase the effectiveness of my weight training. I was thinking of adding bands to achieve this.
These are my current numbers:
Squat: 150 kg
DL: 160 kg
Hip thrusts: Just started so no max yet
Bench: 95 kg
Press: 70 kg
Power clean: 95 kg
Power snatch: 70 kg
I would like to use the bands from elitefts, both the short and the normal length ones. Any idea how I could use these, and should I utilize speed days with bands to improve my speed?
