Looking into going equipped. never used a Shirt or Suit of any type looking for some guidance.
I'm 70" tall about 200lbs 350raw on bench, 500+raw on DL and 500raw on Squat, just looking for some ideas on what i should get

Depending on what your arch is like, the Titan Fury (flatter back) or F6 (more arch) are good beginner shirts. The groove on those is relatively more forgiving than the more gangster shirts out there.

Just make sure its not too tight, you can tighten the sleeves and/or chest plate as you get used to it.
Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
Bench geared 525 @ 210
Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

THanks for the tips, I do have one hell of an Arch. I know i need to be easy to let it break in and get used to it, but i can work with whatever i need to.

which federation you plan competing in? do you plan to use this only one shirt for training and comp?
Don't worry about the "shirt bites". That means the shirt is working.
right now i'm lifting in the APA and as far as traning and comp goes, i was going to use the shirt to train in to get used to it and use it for a comp as well
