Squat routine, meet in 5 weeks

I know it's not a lot of time but I'm looking for a real short program to help me peak. I haven't followed a set routine for a couple years now so I'm wondering if there was something I should try. Looking to do a meet October 23rd so that gives me about 5 weeks from today.

I didn't do exactly what Scott suggests above, but I definitelty eased into my meet during the last 3 weeks. This allowed me to hit pr's in both my squat and deadlift at a lighter bodyweight.
