    Need diet help

So I'm trying to lose 20 pounds from 210 to 190. I've never watched calories before or really payed attention to protein or carbs or fat etc. I've determined that my maintenance is somewhere around 2700 calories and my fat loss calories are roughly 2300. My question is, what foods would be the best for me to eat to keep my daily calories under 2300 while still getting my protein and carb requierments etc? I've been finding it hard for the last couple weeks I've been doing this keep my calories that low with the right amount of nutrients.

    Thanks for all advice!
