    Eric Lilliebridge deadlift training for push/pull meet

    Here is a video from my training today, worked up to 750lbs raw for an easy single.

    Thanks guys! I'm just really happy that my deadlifts are finally starting to feel better than before. It's taken me since december (when i tore my hamstring) to get my confidence back and approaching the weights i used to be able to lift. I'll post another video soon!

    Thanks! And i have never wore a deadlift suit before so i have absolutely no idea.. but my best deadlift ever was at 19 years old, I pulled 800 raw in a full power competition. Had a bad hamstring injury a month after that and has taken me awhile to get everything back, but i'm looking to break this number soon.
