    Eric Lilliebridge- Heavy bench workout from tonight

    This is the heaviest i've gone on bench since i tore my pec about 13 weeks ago.... hoping to be back around 500ish at my meet with a pause

    Injuries suck. Take it slow and youll get back to 500 plus. Slow and steady and lots of nsaids LOL.
