    rear delt recruitment

When performing rear delt flies at a 45degree angle as in bent over row position, what is the difference in muscle recruitment between having the palms down, the tumbs up or the pinkies up on the grip.
If you were parallel to the ground as in one arm row position would the recruitment change again?

Imo pinkies up is the best way to target the rear delt muscle.
