I'm not sure what my vertical is. Genetically I've always had ****ty hops growing up I never wanted to be the kid to do the tip off. Since I started squatting my hops have gotten much better. When I play basketball I get comments on how high I can jump and rebound over the bigger guys. I can jump and hang on a rim but still can't dunk. It is one of my goals. Weird thing is I was always pretty fast and still am but couldn't jump till I started squatting. Usually speed and jumping go together.

How many raw comps allow wraps? I used them for the first time the other day, and they added 30 lbs right away. Had I wrapped them tighter and gone a bit heavier, I could've gotten a lot more out of them.
I say this not to discredit your lifts, it's just because I want to compete raw eventually and I'm curious what the percentage of raw competitions is that allow knee wraps. I was under the impression that most allow only belts, a lot allow only belt and wrist wraps and a pretty small portion allow belts, wrist wraps and knee wraps.

Great lift. As long as at least one fed says wraps are raw, that works for me.
