BIG 3 TOTAL at 220lbs (28% BF) = 985lbs
6ft 2, 220lb fat, hairy ape!

Summary:
Skipped deadlifts last week, so went in today thinking I was going to have a mediocre day.
Ended up pulling a 5lb PRTook everything I have, mind, so 200kg is still a way off by the feel of it.
Really focusing on the abs each session now too, trying to get the core in good shape.

Didn't go into the gym yesterday - can't keep missing shoulder press day, annoyed with myself.
However, pretty good reason - went to the British Pipe Smoking Champs to support a couple of friends.
Really good atmosphere, plenty of prizes given away and an auction. Gonna compete myself next year I think, lol.

lol - was pretty good actually. Me and the Mrs are members of the Nottingham Pipe Club, we're big pipe smokers. Was quite a fun day, plenty of stuff for sale etc. The competition itself was a bit silly, mind - bit like watching paint dry, lol.

Cheers Coke! There were a few people in the gym benching 3pps at the same time, but soon as you stick 400lbs plus on a bar, they all turn to watch, haha. Can't wait to get up to the big numbers.
Hoping that one day, when I have kids, I'll have been in the game for ten years or so. Be nice for a kid to have a dad that can pull 600lbs+ off the ground.

Summary:
Short deload session - kept it very light and easy, just wanted to move a little bit of weight and get the blood flowing without exhausting myself, because I knew I wanted to go out and have a little go on my new road bike when I got home.
6.6miles was pretty easy, once my legs warmed up. Used to do more than that each way to work on a mountain bike. The actual bike itself is taking some getting used to though - my first ever road bike; the lack of suspension and hard seat are giving me quite a pounding, despite the padded shorts.
On the subject of cycling shorts - bought myself some medium ones; nowhere near big enough to fit me. So bought some Large ones - even they're really tight! Fecking squatter's legs, lol.
Same thing with my jeans - I have to buy a 36" waist jean to get them over my quads, but then they're loose about my waist ><
