We all have those days bro............all good!!

"Cheers Nick. Would you suggest I do a set of abs either before or after my DLs then, rather than in between sets?"- I like one set before to activate the abs (said with a lisp) and the rest after personally.

Cheers all! Looking forward to moving, should be good to get a good night's sleep again at last.

Had a long day at work today. Finished at 7 and the gym closes at eight. Didn't have time to get my bench session in.

The gym is only open 9-6 at weekends too and I happen to work those hours on sat and sun.... which means I can't get into the gym now till Monday. Pissed off lol.

    Day Ninety Six

    Bench:

    10x45 (20kg)
    6x110 (50kg)
    6x132 (60kg)
    6x154 (70kg)
    3x192.5 (87.5kg) PR
    1x192.5 (87.5kg)

    Dips:

    6xBW
    3xBW+33 (15kg)
    3xBW+45 (20kg)
    3xBW+45 (20kg)

    Curlz:

    15x22 (10kg)

    --------------
    Summary:

Bench PR, but not happy with it; only managed the one set of 3 - just didn't have the energy to get any more.

Same with dips. Didn't feel like I had any strength.

It's a combination of working long hours and not eating enough, as well as leaving it too many days between workouts. Also not got any protein shake atm.

Gonna try to get myself back into a routine, get some more shake and try, TRY to get more sleep.

Will keep weight at 87.5kg for next bench session and try to crack out all four sets of 3.

Cheers all! Yeah, a PR's a PR. Just always have targets in my head when I go into the gym and when I don't hit them it gets me down a little.

I spose the body's a strange and fickle thing - one week you'll progress loads, the next it'll just cruise a long a tiny bit more.

Glad to see you break new ground despite the heavy schedule and all. Got to get that rest and make better arrangements where the meals/protein drinks are concerned, we all know the deal bro.

Thanks Coke! Yeah, I know where I'm slacking, it's just difficult atm with work, lack of money etc.

Once everything's settled back into a routine I'll feel much better.
