    ----------
    Summary:

    Good day - no cardio!

Think the 65kg press was a PR, not sure though.

May have to start using DBs for the beach muscles soon; the cables on the cable machine keep snapping! The stacks on the cable machine only go up to 50kg(110lbs), so for triceps etc we have to add plates or dbs.

Did some more very light Reverse Hypers, simply because I love the way it eases my lower back. May have to do them every session as a finisher, lol. Probably no harm in that if I keep it light. I hear Louie Simmons does it everyday, sometimes more than once.

Last heavy day of this cycle, deload squats tomorrow.

And tomorrow night I'm restarting Kung Fu with my old Sifu after a ten year hiatus! Taking my younger brother and wife with me. Should be good fun!

Thanks everybody! Had a good weekend away. Not been training this week either. Lots of family stuff going on.

    However, on a brighter note...

Part One of my first novel is now available to buy or borrow on Amazon as an eBook!

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Fall-Pow...709881&sr=1-10

Part Two will be live tonight and Part Three tomorrow!

If you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it, then my work is done.

    Cheers guys.
