85kgx2x5, 95kgx3
Was supposed to do dumbbell bench and triceps work but my feet are killing me. Went on a long barefooted walk and as a result they're all covered in blisters![]()

Been completely screwing around the last couple of months.
I'm an alcoholic and I went on a relapse hence no proper workouts done;
Thought I'd test my strength on presses. Previous max was 92.5kg now I can only do 80kgx2. Tried 90kg couldn't get it.
