Iam having problems doing/completing this type or exercises due to lack of equipment....I have tried to do squats but its almost impossible without the proper equipment and I have a leg press equipment but I already max out the total weight I can put in.
What can be another type of exercise to do/replace in order to fill this gap? Lunges?
