Notes:
As you can see I'm playing it smart and keeping things easy and managable to start with. Everything had a nice slow negative and an explosive lift. This workout was just challenging enough and every one of them had a slow last rep on the last cluster. My arms are absolutely pumped.

It has been a while since I read the HCT-12 articles. Do you get to mix it up with bands, chains, box variations, etc?

The hip wide stance and high bar makes it a lot tougher, that's for sure. But, I swear I'm feeling it more in my quads now, which is what I'm after.
I don't remember Daniel saying anything about bands and chains. Doesn't matter, I've never used those items anyways.

At least I was able to drag three of you guys over here to cheer for me. I hope the others wan't forget about me. I was going to workout today, but I am so wiped out from a fly fishing trip I went on yesterday. It's the end of the season and bitterly cold. The fish were just shut down for the season, hunkered behind rocks and not going to move for anything. Which meant a lot of hiking and hard fishing for us stupid humans. I'm just feeling pretty beat up today, so I might wait until tomorrow to get it done in the garage. But, we'll see how I feel later tonight...

I have a Cod fishing competition on the Solent (English Channel) this weekend, hope it will be a good day, going to be really really cold tho!
