I have a lot of back tracking to do, but it appears that the biggest issue for you as of late has been a shoulder injury. From recent posts it seems to be getting back on track.
I hope you are able to get back on the horse and be comfortable while doing it.

Haha...I just noticed this. Thanks for the concern everybody.
My training does continue, it always will. I healed the shoulder injury and just continued on with training. I am currently focussed on a couple of different goals.
Having obtained or surpassed all the Hardgainer lift goals (300-400-500) I am now on a quest to reach the last Hardgainer goal: 200 lbs bodyweight and lean. Also, since all my lifts are just above average, I am on a quest to make at least one of them way above average.
I am revisiting my 20 rep squat goal. I've always said that I wanted to squat 400 x 20 by the time I turned 50 years old. Well, I'm turning 49 next month so I better get my ass in gear. So, now it's a singular focus on the 20 rep squats for the next year.
I seem to work well with a different goal each year. The year I spent working on conditioning went really well and I continue to push the Prowler and run sprints. It's a habit now and much easier to maintain. Last year I focussed on the deadlift (my worst lift) and finally got it over 500 lbs. So, this is the 20 rep squat year...How that's going to mesh with the bodyweight goal is yet to be seen.
I need to lose around 15 lbs of fat and increase my 20 rep squat by about 100 lbs. I hope to lose the fat slowly enough not to impact the squat, but if push comes to shove, the squat will take priority.
