    Ernie Lilliebridge JR- 705lbs raw deadlift @ 217lbs body weight

    Wow man That was a sick lift he pulled that up like nothing.Your whole family is Strong man, Your bro should compete more he's got some good lifts.

    Thanks man! He will be competing again real soon. His best pull in a full power meet is 322.5kg - 711lbs and he's pulled 745 in the gym for his best single PR both @ 220lbs. I'll try to get some more videos of his training on here soon!

    It's our teams gym. We had a small building built behind one of our team members houses, he has a big backyard, and everyone pays a membership each month which basically pays for the entire building. We have 2 mono lifts, 2 competition benches, one squat rack, one bench rack made for bands, full rack of dumbells, a lot of plates and weights, 1 tredmill, 1 eliptical, 1 leg press and i think that's just about it! Pretty much perfect for powerlifting!
