Any Cool/Fashionable Christmas Gear?

So it's that time of the year where Christmas lights and Santa hats start showing up. I just moved out to AZ and while I've met a lot of people and am enjoying myself I also would like to add the extra bells and whistles that make life fun. I added some Christmas lights to my patio just for fun but I was thinking: is there any holiday gear that happens to look cool or fashionable?

I bought a Santa hat but before I even wore it out I realized that everyone and their mom is wearing a regular Santa hat. So, is there any cool holiday/Xmas gear that I can wear around that's actually cool... that you guys know of?

Just trying to brainstorm here. I figure we could share any ideas we have. Let's face it the extra flare can be a great ice-breaker. All the suggestions I've got from my co-workers are downright terrible.

You can always get some hip looking seasonal colored apparel. A green scarf with a red sweater... Something a little more subtle.
