    Damn! Those squats look pretty brutal! Those have to work pretty good i would assume, i gotta try those out sometime! Very nice form on everything man, especially those squats, very impressive!

    I tried this idea with a SS bar and off pins instead of chains. Bad idea. Very hard.

    Thanks!!! I have done something similar with the SSB but instead of squatting off the chains, we would squat to the chains and pause for a second and then stand up. It's alot easier then squatting from a dead stop. I think last time I did those it was about a year ago with Marcus Wild and it was probably about 1-2" above parallel.

    Just wanted to say your lifts are inspirational! I actually almost moved to Tampa this past summer to teach at Lake Gibson High School. We decided not to move, but after watching your lifts, there must be something in the water down there! Regretting my decision... Anyway, thanks for the inspiration - great work!
