My wife is really making great gains while squatting and deadlifting. We are just about up to 135 on both lifts and thats pretty good considering shes pretty small, about 5'4" 115. We are using a 2 day week, abbreviated hct-12 program right now and will switch to the 3 day a week in a couple of months. My main concern is the clusters....I would really feel more comfortable if she wore a belt during these sets. We tried my belt on her but its just too damn thick and is very uncomfortable for her. I don't think she needs something as aggressive as we use, but I think something inbetween the old crappy nylon belts and the serious belts we use would be perfect.
Shes really a girly girl too, so I think something colored in pink would be perfect for her LOL. She likes to lift like we do but still wants to carry that girl look (thank God).

Oh nevermind, looks like inzer has a color selection tool. Didn't know that. The tapered belt would probably be perfect for her, agreed?

I am 20, 4'11" and 102. I can bench press 100 lbs and deadlift 175 lbs. I am going to school for fire science and EMS and want to start working a lot more. I am looking for a weight lifting belt. Do you have any suggestions?
