Randy Houseworth this morning with a very close attempt at 600 would of been a 45 pound PR and his first 600. This was his 2nd attempt first attempt he hit the rack and miss grooved it right at the lockout or he would of had it!!! DAMN so close!!!

    Thanks guys!!!

Gonna try and keep adding them of myself and few guys I'm training. We're all using the Exile Program and it seems to be working. I had another guy this morning who was struggling with 150 pounds after about 6 weeks he just hit 200 off his chest today but did not get it on vid. So this program is working for shirted and raw guys.

    Complete and total boredom!

Worrying about everything I stuck in my mouth and doing 30-60 mins of cardio just to maintain being half way skinny and not that strong got boring. I'm the kind of person who needs challenge in there life. I'm always looking uphill if I get to the top I move onward to something different. At this time there is really nothing that intrigues me like benching did so it was just natural instinct for me to come back. Yeah boredom, it sucks!!!

Getting back into some heavier weights went 765 to 1 board and 800 to chest. But unfortunately they were both misses but breaking in this new shirt. I went back down to 600 and did 2 sets of 3 reps to a 2 board and then 1 sets of 3 reps to a 1 board trying to break it in.

    800 misgrooved at bottom ~

765 to 1 board got out of groove at top ~

    Chris,

I went to Lowes and just had them cut me down a 2x8 I like the 2x8 alot better it gives you more board to land on. I had the bottom boards cut at 18 inches and the stacking boards cut at 12 inches then just got some wood screws and a drill and went to town I made them upto a 5 board.

Awesome videos, keep them coming! I've started following a 5 day/week template that's just about the same as the Exile routine you posted with a few minor changes (added squats on one of the shoulder days just to maintain, changed the smith machine exercises to barbell ones). I just did my first week of it, I'll let you know how much my bench improves on it.

525 raw deadlift off a 1.5 inch platform it was a 50 pound PR for me from 4 weeks ago. I only got 475 then and that was all I had so I'm pretty damn happy with this. I am not a deadlifter and any feedback would be valuable to me

    Thanks guys!!!!

I am no where near lifting that much but i do love to deadlift, i wont let the fact i only pull 300LBS stop me from commenting tho

I prefer to get my hips a bit lower than that and get some more leg drive, so maybe try sitting back a bit more looks like you put a lot of weight onto your lower back area?

If it works for you that is fine just my thoughts mate, great vids btw
