The face needs some serious work , but you're massive, as big as me it looks like, lol, come to USA and we can go to the beach together and beat up people.

You are definitely big enough to cut! I agree with Hulk in that if you cut all summer and then at the end of summer you bulk up some more, you will be doing great. Keep at it.
Second place is just a generic term your mom created to make you not feel bad about losing, because second place is actually first loser!

    Looking solid, Rock.

    Keep up the good work.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

You're not quite as ugly as most of the Norwegians I know, which is a huge plus for you.

Ya definitely got some decent size going there, your traps are especially impressive.

I agree with Hulk; spend May/June cutting up for the beach and then get on the mass building patrol for the fall.

I am about 6,2-3 tall, but being tall is not good in bodybuilding, It would by nicer if I was around 6feet.

What do you mean not big enough to cut? I'm cutting and I only weigh 200 lbs! Just take your time so you don't lose that muscle mass you have - looking great. Probably should have started cutting earlier to be ready for summer, but good luck anyways.

BTW, you and Ziegler make a cute couple.

Rock, I have a question for you.. i'm about the same height weight as you, although a bit higher body fat and not quite as much muscle. How big are your arms? Those are the size arms I want and I would like to know in comparison.
