    335 PR Smoke Show!

    I am really excited about this lift as it is an all time PR and I absolutely murdered it.


    ***Gotta give credit to the spotter here! He is my 70 year old grandpa, Wayne Smallwood, who has been a competitive lifter for nearly 50 years. He has supported my lifting goals since day 1 and continues to do so. Thanks Papaw! lol
    Current Lifts (All RAW):
    Bodyweight: 205

    Deadlift: 480 x 1
    Squat: 375 x 1
    Bench: 335 x 1

    You have 350+ in you, unless that video is just overly deceiving or something. Looked way easy.
