    what are some good fats to have when cutting?

    im on a 40/40/20 cutting diet.. and im playin around with my diet and findin it hard put in fat in the diet..
    what are some things that i could throw into my diet that dont have alot of calories?

    flax seed oil
    salmon oil
    olive oil
    peanut butter
    avocando

    no salami isn't a good source of fat

    It's better to consume the majority of your daily caloric intake in the early hours of the day and restrict the consumption of every macro, before going to bed. It's not very wise to sleep with a full stomach.
