Hey guys. Im trying to lose some lbs and need a little advice from the nutition gurus. Im a powerlifter, and 2/3 days a week I cant train till 9-10 PM. Carb wise, whats a good way to go post workout since its pretty close to sleeptime?

It just depends on your diet. But since it will be your last meal of the nite and after training just have a regular meal with a lean protein source and moderate amount of carbs, either starch or fruit. As long as your calories are in check don't be overly concerned with it.
