I don't do much with the videos as it's a bit time consuming (I don't have all of the top notch technology!) I figured I've got the videos so I'll post 'em.
I'm dieting for 2 contests one in April and one in May. Been dieting for about 6 weeks and it's not going great, but things will get corrected.
I'm sitting around a BW of 190 now, and am looking to get to 176 or under.
You'll see some squats in which I got 405x2 then wrapped up for 425x3 and 455x1.
You'll see some sommersault squats afterwards, which is something I picked up from Joe Daniels (interesting methods for sure). I also tried a form of hack squats from Scott on IntenseM. The posing comes in poor lighting, but can't find a better place yet.

I knew Offroad would like the heavy squats. I saw you talking about us BBer's "going light" and just "pumping up" our muscles. It's still nice to play with some heavier weight just to see where you're at.
My camera was actually at the end of the tape. Just recently taped my son's Kindergarten Snow Show, you can't record over that, right? I did have some leg shots, but they were too pumped anyways. The quads are coming in just fine it's the upper body that lags.
Me too Thomas. I'm trying to buckle down on everything and get my ducks in a row. I'm hoping for some very positive results over the next 2 weeks.
I'll try to get some better lightning. I know it isn't good Rory, it sucks.

I saw Scott's video over at IM as well and if I recall he actually has the bar hit his achillies, but it looks like the smith you are using is angled where he does it on the non angled version. I may give them a try myself, I need to rewatch his video.
Success is achieved by doing a little more than you thought you could, and a lot more than anyone else.
