    Some benching video

So the plan today was to do my DE work and then work up to a comfortable single using a medium grip. The 495 felt easy which it should have. The 545 felt comfortable. I am especially pleased considering I hammered max effort with bands on Friday and then did dynamic bench before the singles. All in all pretty good work. I figured I have not posted vid in a while, so here it is.

    DE bench
    205 w/4 chains 3x3 close grip
225 w/4 chains and doubled minis 3x3 comp grip
    205 w/4 chains 3x3 medim grip

    315/405/495/545x1 medium grip

Looking strong as usual, Vince. What do you weighin at these days? Hard to tell when you're laying on the bench, but you look pretty lean yet.

Barely! Every step I put my life and the health of my beautiful face on the line. The duct work and chin-up bar are formidable adversaries. I haven't douched myself, yet. This Friday should be a test. There's going to be 4 of the ******s down there training because selfish Brian has dorm duty and we can't train at Choate. I'll be honest... I'm hoping for an open head wound from someone this Friday. I'm talking gashed with a significant loss of blood. It's gonna be great!

Thanks, I'm hanging in around 285. I am not going to try and make the 275's so I might try to pack on a few in the next couple of weeks. Then it's back down to 270. I felt my best at that weight.

Your looking very strong Vincent. I'm always blown away with your bar speed, even with heavy weights like that. I'm looking forward to seeing you compete at the Pro/Am.

Per usual-kicking ass and taking names!

The speed, after all the other work was outstanding.

    What rack do you have?
