People tell me that my calves are nasty what can I do?

Whats the point of this? You posted a thread with calves mispelled in the wrong section to show them off? For future reference just post the thread in member pics and tell people what it is -- you showing the calves that you've worked for. There's nothing wrong with that, but discretely trying to boast is a little bit annoying IMO.

yes it is , i think they are good size and bulk but at 19 inches they could be bigger and more defined. I am on a slow cut, .5 lbs a week but I can not seem to get into the gym the way i want to. doing what i can when i can.
they should be at least 26 inches. you are a disappointment
not trying to boast just want better workout for the cut, thanks for the accolades. As far as 26 inches give me 6 months
