Couple of people have mentioned this already, and I have spoke with Hulk about it.

If Hulk was to introduce an area for us to post our journals (to keep the clutter out of the other forums), how many people would use it? If it's only one or two of us, then there's no point in creating a seperate area.

How many of you are willing to post a daily summary for review by 90 other people - so they can kick your ass when you screw up? I am.

What would it consist of? Diet? Training? Sleep? Social life?

I might do it, but I'm not good with details of the diet. I would use it for training though.

    Example:

    Friday, January 19, 2001

Diet: Missed one meal and forget to eat pb with my 5th. Other than that, everything was on track.

Water: Only about 5 litres today. A little low for me.

Training: Back & Biceps. Felt strong today. Grip is improving, almost all lifts increased in weight, most notiably my shrugs increased by 30lbs.

Sleep: About 8 hours. Could have definitely used more, started to get tired mid afternoon.
