    700lb straight weight block pull.

Not my best work but i'll take it, this was my third pull of 700 tonight (changed foot position each time).

Getting better at straight weight, still love the bands though and think they are best and most fun.

Strong pull bro. I'm jealous of your grip strength. 700 without straps is impressive.

    Strong pull, Nick. Looked comfy.
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw

Gazzy and Captain Crunch I have some ideas for deadlift grip (its a unique type of grip strength) so if you want any ideas please just ask, I have had a TON of help from other lifters and I owe it to them to help others where I can
