weight training after shoulder labral repair

I had a complete (360) degree labral tear and had surgery 3 weeks ago. I had 8 anchors drilled into my labrum. About a week ago I started physical therapy and that can last anywhere from 4 to 6 months.

Since my injury, I have lost 15 lbs of pure muscle mass but have not gained any fat and continue to be at about 12 to 15 percent body fat. I can resume cardio (running) about 10 to 12 weeks post OP.

Has anyone on here had a similar situation and how long did it take to get back to a weight lifting regiment including push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups?

    Shoulder labral repair

Hi, how are you doing? I also had a 360 degree tear with 7 anchors.
Are you 100%? How was your recovery?
    Thanks
