Hey bro, you need to mix up the pulls!
Have a max and a 3 rep max on:
Deads
Close sumo deads
4" blocks
6" blocks
2" defict
This will get you past the 500-510 mark in 10 weeks easy.
Hope you dont mind me saying....
Squat briefs only 625 @ 210

Thanks HJP. I've just always deadlifted last. It's obviously a very taxing lift and I worry that if I did it first it would negatively effect the rest of the session.Good work, how come you deadlift last? That'd make PB's difficult wouldn't it!

Not very unfortunately, got it off the ground maybe an inch. To be honest though, I'm not all that concerned. It was my first decent deadlifting session in a month - the session previous I skipped deadlifts because of my neck injury and the session previous to that was rushed. Fairly confident I can move forward from here.How close was the fail?
