    back to 5/3/1 for lower body, but using the low max taking off of what I did for 5x5 for rehab. So for squats (315x5x.003)+315=365 training max for squat, and (405x5x.003)+405=470.

    Checked out a new MMA gym today, westchester fight club, did an hour of MMA, no gi grappling, and mauy thai. Good gym, good coaches, but expensive.
