    Stacking to lose weight.

Hey guys, I am trying to cut the next 3 months before I go to the beach.

I currently take Nitrean in the morning, and Opticen when I leave the gym. I work out 6 days a week, an hour of cardio in the morning, and an hour and a half of lifting in the evenings.

Is there an Atlarge Nutrition supplement that I can take to help cut some fat off? I am pretty thick (fat wise) and want to shed some fat quickly.

    Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

    Chris

I Chris is working on a new fat burner/thermo. I was a big fan of their Thermocin and Nitor products. I'm sure the next one will be even better. Until then make sure to clean up your diet some and get your conditioning in.

    Supplements I currently take: Nitrean , BCAA , Creatine 500 , Multi-Plus , Fish Oil

Losing fat is more about what you don't take in than what you do take in. For the most part, very little additional intake of anything will help you lose weight.

It's good you're focusing on taking in good protein sources. Continue to make strides and track your overall intake daily. If you're not losing, reduce it.
