    Yes he is. Two weeks ago Darian and both got our Olympic Lifting Certifications to coach.
    He's been helping me coach my night classes lately. He's also taking a break from powerlifting competitions to prepare for the 2012 CrossFit Games. So far he's doing great and right on track with his training.

    How have you been? Any competitions coming up soon?
