Unfortunately, I don't have any starting pictures...
These are my results from 10 weeks of intermittent fasting + carb cycling. I went from 186lbs down to 161lbs. My training followed a 4d/wk upper/lower split. Mainly focused on the big barbell lifts, trying to maintain my 3rep maxes plus a bunch of accessory work.
I'm happy with my results, however I'd like to lose about 5lbs of fat to get that % a point or two lower.

Congrats man lookin good! (No homo). Back and arms look real good, keep putting in the work and you should have no problem with that last 5lbs!

Thanks for all the positive comments guys! I have a long way to go before I reach my goals, but it's coming slowly... I can not wait to go back to mass gaining and eating like a normal male should.
I think I am around 10% BF.
I'll try to get a leg shot or two within the next day or so. Maybe after I destroy them today.
