I've got a strained feeling in my left bicep and elbow. I've been resting it and icing it, anything else to do? heat? I've been doing just legs for a couple weeks, and I want to do my overhead stuff today, should I keep it iced during the workout? I won't be doing any direct bicep stuff, but I might try some light skullcrushers and see how it goes. I think it's just a strain, so maybe 2 weeks rest is enough.
