haha well i was just following what i had planned for my cycle. my first deadlift workout i went up to 725, 2nd workout i went up to 750, now this past workout went up to 775, and then in 2 weeks i'm going up to 800 and that will end my training for pulls before my competition. aiming for over 800 in the meet for a meet PR for sure.
