    This week's bench challenge

If you wish to accept it, is a three board press. Have at it boys and girls. I'll be going after it on Friday.

3 board is a bitch for me. I can literally full range what I can 3 board. I think it is because my sticking point is just above the 3 board height so when I hit it with no momentum it really gets me.

haha if I recall correctly you're quite the board presser there buddy.

Thanks for the comments guys! I expect Vincent is going to demolish that number quite easily though.

I enjoy these bench challenges though.

As long as it's a trap bar or ssb I'm in. Actually my thigh is so screwed up I better pass. Seriously, throw out sq and dl challenges. They are not about my numbers or your numbers. It's a way for all of us to kind of train together without being in the same place.

I am not a good board presser. I have not done them in forever. I figure I have been picking exercises that are more in my wheelhouse. It was time for more of a challenge.

I took my first 3 board last week and was quite happy, I hit 325 for 2...lame I know, but like Vin says it's a competetition with ones self, to better yourself, and that was good for me. Was my first time using boards, interesting to say the least. Strong lift Travis, as always bro.

    Excellent job guys.

I had to shut it down at 550. I felt like I was going to blow my thigh out from my IT band problem. The weight went pretty easily, but it was not my day. I'm actually shutting training down for a solid week.

GL with your IT band dude. I was pretty disappointed I didn't make 405, but I did set my opener @ 315ish or 142.5kgs for July 9th. So I'm pretty stoked

485, did mine with Mr. Bell! 3 board is a strange height for me as well Chris. I like to work on the stuff I suck at, it only makes me stronger! Easy to do the lifts you like, harder to grind out weights wtih lifts that are harder for ya!

Great job. You get extra credit for unracking the weight yourself. Looks like you could tuck your elbows a tad more.
