    Cut update, 196 lbs

Took some quick shots last night after a small refeed. Holding some water but not as bad as usual. Still have a good bit of fat right in the love handle area, you can see it in the rear lat spread pic. Waist should continue to shrink as that melts away.

Posing still needs some work, side tri looks like shit, should get better as I work on my flexibility.

Looking solid. Your side tricep is not doing you justice. You don't need to sit down on it as much, that's just forcing out your stomach and making you look smaller. Try standing up a bit more and twist your upper torso.

Exactly. And slightly angles those arms up a bit on the back double bi pose. The delts are so massive they take all the focus away from your arms. And by no means are your arms small.

I def need to work ou my side tri pose. Some of it is flexability, it's pretty hard for me to completely straighten my arm out at the right angle and flex at the same time.

Here's a couple more side tri shots. First one definitely looks better, but I feel like the inner tricep head is hidden and you can't really see the horseshoe like you can in the second picture.

I'd say the top pose is on point.
