Decided to start a log, I am a competitive powerlifter... weight is around 245lbs and compete in an IPF affiliated fed and most importantly lift RAWWWRRR... no geared aspirations sadly!

started loading up on creatine again so as you can imagine i was pumped as hell today, had some fun playing around with the bands and adding them to exercises, the CG pushups are literally awesome, i will do them as a staple now for my triceps

What you did with those squats and all are great guy.
Nice benching.
Of course you want more weight. Good job on those pin presses. On the CG pushups how narrow are your hands? I've done diamond pushups and they hit the triceps well.

thanks john! and imagine holding your arms locked straight out in front of you, i also did them on pushup handles so neutral grip and kept elbows tucked so it was all on the triceps! they felt very similar to dips except less stress on shoulders.. I never really thought of including push up variations until as of late for less stress extra work! will give the diamond pushups a look!

love the gm's... really feel 'em mid erectors(my weakness) speed was constant throughout, was supposed to be 245 x 8 x 2 (50%) but speed was good so added a bit last two - onto 55% next week, throw some speed deads in next week too!
