job done. I was going to shut it down at 485 as that was my aim and goal and wanted to hit it nice, however I was feeling another set as I didnt really get fired up and got it easier. Been almost a year since I lasted squatted 225kg.. looking at meets quite close now, one in 5 weeks which is a qualifier for the british classic/nationals which are in 9. I will see how deadlifts go friday and make my decision over the weekend I think

one of my all time favourite days of lifting since i started. Theres not one thing I didnt love about today. I just knew it was all there for the taking. There are vids floating about somewhere, will try and get one up in here. Got to build on this now
gonna take a week off now, re charge the batteries and focus on some fresh goals/numbers for the meet in 16 weeks. Decided to hold off

couldnt face any lats today, went through the motions a bit after a 12 hour work day. Got it done though. will add 10lbs each week, same as last training cycle. Tricep size/strength and power off the chest is the goal, would like to finish on around 295ish for triples by the end of training cycle. wish me luck. think im gonna need it

stumbled across an absolute beauty of an exercise with those paused deads. They will be used for sure! have to really fight your hips popping up too early then explode through the sticking point. felt like a productive session for sure. 3 days off now ready to officially start training cycle monday. de load doesnt mean you can be lazy!
